Refund Policy
Returns within 30 days
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings must remain unopened and sealed. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
How to request a return
Email info@westleejon.com with your order number and the item you wish to return before mailing it. We will provide return instructions. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please use a tracked service and retain your receipt.
For damaged or incorrect items, contact us promptly and include photographs so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refunds and assistance
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
